About Allianz Digital

Allianz Australia Digital first strategy is the singular transition of offline Insurance sales and service to an online environment that delivers market leading digital experiences through contemporary UI and UX experiences. 

The Digital marketing team are driving this strategy in parallel to a broader companywide transformation.  This includes moving to the Adobe marketing stack using a global style guide, and setting the blueprint for the rest of the market on the “how”.

About the role

The Senior Digital Experience Specialist plays an integral role in improving the digital customer experience of all Allianz sales and service platforms, driven by a deep understanding of web and user experience design.  This position supports Allianz Australia Limited's Digital First strategy and is a key contributor to our implementation of Adobe Experience Manager.

This role is 12 month contract opportunity and is based in our CBD offices.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Contribute to the transition to online customer experiences and the delivery of signature digital customer experiences to align with strategies to win, retain and grow customers
  • Engage early with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate these into requirements for UI and UX design
  • Mapping out the Digital Customer Journey to establish the customer flow prior to build
  • Provide resource estimates and project planning and deliver to project outcomes
  • Apply advanced modular approaches to UX design, reusing and sharing components across solutions to ensure consistent designs and user/customer experience    
  • Ensure quality of output and delivery of digital platforms, managing all digital deliverables through SDLC and project lifecycles

Previous experience that would set you up to succeed include:

  • customer-centric design principles in UI and UX
  • Consulting with the business/stakeholders to quickly determine drivers but also to take them on a journey on what's possible.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills with Adobe Photoshop including a good understanding of online design.
  • Experience in website development using HTML
