We are currently seeking a HR Services Officer to join our Human Resources Division on a 6-month temporary contract. This role contributes to the achievement of the Allianz's business strategy by collaborating with peers as part of a local team of specialist HR professionals to deliver initiatives and services in line with standards agreed by the People Operations Manager and HR Services Team Leader requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Provide strong local coordination of HR Services deliverables to ensure strong business focus, prioritisation, collaboration and value add to AAL
  • Work closely with AAL's HR project office to ensure that all initiatives are planned, managed and evaluated in line with agreed methodology and processes
  • Work closely with AAL's HR Services Team Leader to embed HR Transformation
  • Oversee support of the Career Development Conference (CDC) and Talent Council process
  • Provide a high level of customer service to the business and ensure the HR Services team meet deadlines

Qualifications and Capabilities:

To be considered for this role you will possess:

Essential

  • Human resource management experience
  • Previous exposure to a heavily regulated customer focussed industry
  • Strong experience in operational execution
  • Comfort with online technology, particularly HR related systems and processes  

Desirable

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications (e.g. TAFE or Business/Human Resource Management)
  • Experience in HR Services
  • Exposure to relevant employment legislation and standards in Australia and New Zealand
  • Experience with SuccessFactors system

The successful candidate will have the ability to multi-task, prioritise, meet tight deadlines and enjoy a busy workload whilst still providing superior customer service.
