We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual with a background in the motor dealer industry. Our Account Manager role offers a high degree of autonomy and requires you to be a champion in the area of strengthening relationships and offering strategic, innovative solutions to our franchised motor dealer partners.

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining high order relationships with major stakeholders within a set group of Multi Franchise Dealerships in Brisbane and South East Queensland
  • Assisting franchised Motor Dealers and other business partners associated with these Dealers in their offering of retail insurance products
  • Training Business Managers in effective sales and compliance practices
  • Consulting to Dealer Principals in adopting leading edge processes
  • Ensuring sales and customer satisfaction objectives are met for an existing portfolio of Dealers
  • The development and implementation of strategic initiatives to assist in the growth of your portfolio

The successful candidate will join our high calibre Account Manager team. You will be required to prepare and deliver quality business proposals, presentations and training materials and be involved in group projects to build on our preeminent position in the franchised dealer market.
