Account Manager / Senior Account Manager - Workers Compensation

We are looking for an Account Manager or a Senior Account Manager to join our Workers Compensation Division to manage a designated portfolio of national clients. This role will suit a candidate, who is a natural at building and maintaining strong relationships and has a comprehensive understanding of Workers Compensation.

What you should expect:

  • You will manage a designated portfolio of national clients ensuring their renewal with Allianz.
  • You will develop and maintain relationships with intermediaries leading the way with the sales of our emerging specialist products
  • Proactively develop national customer relationships by understanding customers business requirements and provide solutions.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing national portfolio.
  • You will take ownership and responsibility of a portfolio of allocated national clients including components of national programs.
  • You will work with internal stakeholders to provide feedback and support to the claims teams in resolving complex client issues to achieve proactive portfolio managements.
  • You will remain up-to-date with key legislative, regulatory and scheme reforms in state jurisdictions.

Important to your success:

  • You will have extensive Workers Compensation experience with a deep knowledge National Workers Compensation Legislation and Regulation
  • You will bring an ability to influence and manage multiple stakeholders across our business divisions.
  • You are known for your strong analytical skills and business focused solutions
  • Demonstrated coaching skills, with a track record of managing high performing teams
  • Strong influencing & negotiation skills, together with presentation & sales skills
