Sales and Service Manager

 Allianz Australia is committed to providing our customers with the outstanding service and solutions at every point of contact, none more so than within our Customer Contact Centres. The focus of this role is to ensure that all Contact Centre Teams provide a brilliant customer experience in an effective and efficient manner.  A key part of the role is to lead and execute new processes aligned to a corporate strategy.  Key to this will be your ability to identify trends and opportunities, implement projects and utilise various media to communicate outcomes the stakeholders and leadership teams. You will work closely with the Team Leaders who report in to you, the Centre management team, Workforce Planning, Quality, Learning and Development, Reporting and Project Improvement Teams.

 Success in this role will see you utilising your proven technical and leadership experience in large contact centre environments, your challenge will be to develop and implement best practise.   We seek an aspirant who brings with them experience in managing teams who flourish during times of transformational change. 

In essence, we see the Sales and Service Manager as being responsible for creating compelling insights, driving understanding of customer encounters and helping Allianz employees improve customer experience

 What we see in you:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Sales and service Manager or equivalent managing within Contact Centres
  • Experience and passion for developing a great culture for our people
  • Outstanding experience in stakeholder management
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, results driven, deadline-oriented work environment
  • Proven experience building, coaching and developing large teams.
  • Demonstrated resilience, complex problem solving and organisational skills
  • Previous experience in teams within Contact Centres, delivering both sales and service customer outcomes
  • Demonstrated experience in uniting and engaging teams on a change management journey
  • Thrives in environments of change
  • Ability to embrace Business Intelligence and Business Process Management concepts, tools and intent.
  • Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft office applications
