We currently have a full-time permanent position available for a passionate Contact Centre Relationship Lead to join ‎our Award Winning team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain comprehensive exposure across all aspects of Retail Distribution within Allianz and facilitate continuous process and operational improvement for the Contact Centres.

Success in this role will see you utilising your contact centre experience to build and grow business partnerships within the organisation. Your challenge will be to work with the broader team to develop and implement best practise in stakeholder management and manage day to day communication with the Contact Centre.   We seek an aspirant who brings with them experience in problem solving, strong innovation and the desire to build a new skill set in marketing and communication 

You will possess:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience  within Contact Centre 
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, results driven, deadline-oriented work environment
  • Highly developed Interpersonal & relationship building skills
  • Demonstrated resilience, complex problem solving and organisational skills
  • Thrives in environments of change
  • Superior communication and ability and desire to explain complex models, forecasting principals and budget recommendations to senior stakeholders
  • Strong desire to continuously improve, seek feedback and implement improvements
  • Ability to embrace Business Intelligence and Business Process Management concepts, tools and intent.
