Outbound Team Leader

 Success in this role will see you utilising your proven technical and leadership experience in large contact centre environments, your challenge will be to develop and implement best practise.   We seek an aspirant who brings with them experience in managing teams who flourish during times of transformational change. 

The role of Outbound Team Leader is responsible for the leading, coaching and developing a team of outbound sales specialists whose primarily target is to convert warm sales leads and provide outstanding customer service to our Retail Customers. Our Contact Centre operates across 3 sites with over 400FTE, and it's your team that is responsible for maximising our sales and retention opportunities.

You will be responsible for ensuring strategic goals are met through team KPI achievement, effective communication and a passion for coaching and developing your people.

You will possess:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience managing a team
  • Outbound sales experience desired, but not essential
  • Ability to operate and adapt in a fast-paced, results driven, deadline-oriented work environment
  • Proven experience building, coaching and developing a high performance culture.
  • Demonstrated resilience, complex problem solving and ability to manage stakeholders expectations
  • Thrives in environments of change and is self-motivated to develop themselves.
  • Superior communication and ability willingness to learn and grow
  • The will to build a team that is the envy of the business
