Due to continued growth we currently have exciting opportunities for both experienced and trainee Case Managers to join our busy and diverse team at Melbourne Central in both full time contract and full time capacities.

This role sees you responsible for proactively managing a portfolio of workers' compensation claims whilst building effective working ‎relationships with a variety of key stakeholders including employers, injured workers, allied health professionals and medical practitioners. You will be interpreting medical reports, following up on appointments, working within legislative guidelines and working to meet service level agreements.

The ideal applicant will ideally possess the following skills and attributes:

  • Excellent customer service
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage time effectively
  • A keen eye for detail and good data entry skills
  • Previous Case Management / Insurance experience highly desirable
  • Allied Health background or qualifications desirable but not essential
  • Must be available to attend Assessment Centre 8th February
