We have an exciting opportunity for someone who is energetic and self-driven to join our Broker & Agency division as a Senior Change Manager. Reporting to the Senior Program Manager, you will lead the design, development and implementation of change management activities to successfully adopt and embed changes (people, process and systems) and address any impacts and barriers to implementing these changes.

This is a highly visible role designed to set the organisation up for success by implementing a holistic, change-centric mentality that will enable the business to achieve their outcomes. As a result, you will need to be a strong change practitioner and be able to demonstrate how you have been able to contribute to project success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand the business objectives, scope and impact of proposed changes.
  • Develop and execute change management plans to deliver the agreed capabilities and realise the business benefits within agreed scope, time and budget.
  • Ensure stakeholders are ready, willing and able to receive and embed the change - identify, monitor and report on issues and/or problems associated with the change.
  • Challenge and influence project team members and stakeholders as required to enable the successful achievement of change deliverables and benefits.
  • Define and manage the business readiness assessment and Go/No Go process and implementation support models.
  • Manage the handover to BAU following business implementation.
  • Manage various risks and interdependencies to deliver an integrated Program of Change.
  • Provide coaching and change leadership to teams (including executives).
  • Drive best practice for change and identify areas for synergies and improvement.

Knowledge & Experience

  • Minimum 5 years' experience working as a Senior/Change Manager with a track record of delivering both on tactical and strategic projects.
  • Proven experience working on new operating models, process and technology changes.
  • Proven experience in facilitation and negotiation with a strong focus on ability to influence and challenge business thinking in a positive and constructive manner.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in implementing change programs in financial services (insurance desirable).
