 Business Improvement Specialist

 Reporting to the TIO Manager, Product & Direct, you will provide operational support for the end-to-end delivery of business improvement initiatives and projects within agreed timeframes.  You will be required to develop strong relationships across the business to achieve these goals which will include managing multiple projects and stakeholders.

 Key Responsibilities

  • Translate business needs and requirements into a clear and measurable scope of work that is aligned with the business objectives and the company's overall strategy.
  • Develop supporting project documentation to ensure that business outcomes are delivered, including project plans, business requirements, process mapping, functional specifications, issues, risks and dependencies.
  • Lead required project meetings and workshops with cross-functional teams and working groups.
  • Engage, inform, influence and negotiate with stakeholders to ensure stakeholders remain committed throughout projects.
  • Ensure effective handover of projects and initiatives into business as usual operations, including the monitoring, ongoing maintenance and benefits realisation.
