Reporting directly to the Manager Business Support, you will join a team of driven and enthusiastic individuals.  Working within our Workers' Compensation team you will be responsible for promoting and enhancing best business practices.

As a Business Analyst, you will be developing and maintaining a reporting structure to support the business at management and operational levels. You will also support the business in the identification and achievement of objectives, targets and benefits realisation.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Work with the business to define and develop, via structured documentation, new business initiatives and support the implementation of improvement projects and change requests
  • Develop and maintain a robust framework to analyse performance for the business and recommend improvement initiatives
  • Assist the reporting team where needed to continue the development and improvement of tools utilised by the business
  • Develop relationships with professional partners e.g. Corporate Partners, Auditors and Regulators
  • Work with Claims managers, assisting in identifying solutions to improve return to work results, finalisation rates and lower claims costs
  • Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to emphasise business goals

Your Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Proven relationship building experience
  • Solid reporting skills
  • Knowledge of Workers' Compensation environment is desirable
  • Qualifications in Statistics, Mathematics or similar an advantage
