Our award-winning National Contact Centre is growing and as a result we have a permanent opportunity for a Team Leader to manage and develop a team of Sales and Service Consultants.

In this role you will lead, coach and develop a team of up to 12 - 14 specialists who primarily sell and provide outstanding customer service to our Retail Customers.

What we're looking for:

  • An understanding of, and experience in a high volume contact centre environment
  • An understanding of Insurance products (desired) - 
  • Ability to drive high performance culture within a team with focus on delivering great customer experience at every touch point
  • Ability to strike a balance between people and business needs.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience including coaching, developing and motivating a team
  • Ability to work efficiently whilst managing multiple tasks
  • Exceptional written & verbal communication skills including report analysis and interpretation
  • Solid customer service focus including a drive to innovate and improve processes
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong skills utilising MS Office
