Our Market Management division acts as the voice of Allianz customers, strengthening our brand management and customer centricity throughout the organisation.

We currently have an attractive opportunity for an experienced professional to join our Brand and Advertising team as a Senior Go to Market Specialist.

In this full time permanent role you will be responsible for delivering Allianz's go-to-market (GTM) strategy. You will plan across consumer and intermediated channels, ensuring a single coordinated GTM approach across the enterprise which integrates owned, earned and paid assets.

You will work across the Allianz business supporting the development of customer value propositions that differentiate and position Allianz as a market leader. This includes the effective planning of the GTM campaign calendar and the alignment of appropriate resources and capabilities across a variety of operational stakeholders.

Key responsibilities associated with the role include:

  • Partner with stakeholders to craft value propositions that differentiate Allianz from its competitors
  • Collaborate effectively to create meaningful; and targeted product marketing campaigns
  • Implement and manage a cohesive, integrated enterprise GTM Calendar
  • Monitor GTM campaigns to ensure adherence to milestones and deadlines in lead up to launch
  • Deliver against success measures and monitor GTM effectiveness
  • Actively manage stakeholders to ensure the highest standard of representation across Allianz

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role across Brand and Advertising
  • Strong stakeholder management, influencing and communication skills
  • Ability to influence and maintain oversight of all market activity across business
  • Sound understanding of marketing campaign methodologies and life cycles
  • Experience with project and project management
