Our Market Management division acts as the voice of Allianz customers, strengthening our brand management and customer centricity throughout the organisation.

We currently have an attractive opportunity for an experienced communications professional to join our Communications team. This role will see you execute internal communication activities designed to create engagement and resonance with the Allianz brand strategy and employee value proposition.

As the Internal Communications Specialist you will play a key role in supporting the People and Brand pillars of the Market Management. You will work closely with stakeholders across the business to understand and translate strategy, culture and employee engagement messages to into compelling internal communications for employees across Australia.

Key responsibilities associated with the role include:

  • Support the execution of a cohesive internal communications strategy building resonance and engagement with staff
  • Develop and deliver professional, informative, engaging and innovative internal communications ensuring alignment with agreed storyline strategy and appropriate distribution
  • Partner with HR and other stakeholders to build awareness, understanding and engagement with the Allianz brand and strategy
  • Assess internal communications effectiveness and ensure message absorption
  • Support senior management to align internal messaging with external messaging, contributing o relevant industry awards 

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role related to internal communications
  • Strong stakeholder management, influencing and communication skills
  • Experience identifying staff engagement opportunities to unify organisational culture
  • Ability to partner across functions and communicate with all levels
