Allianz is looking for a Digital Content Specialist to join our Marketing team based in the Sydney CBD on a permanent basis. In this diverse and challenging role you will engage with stakeholders to coordinate and implement updates to content across multiple customer facing websites. You will support internal employees in making changes to digital messages and interactions with customers across websites, newsletters and email campaigns.

Key responsibilities for the role include:

  • Delivering content changes on various websites and online platforms using the Content Management System (CMS)
  • Supporting onboarding and user registration for partner portals and workbenches via the CMS
  • Delivering to timeframes & budget
  • Excellent engagement with internal stakeholders, ensuring customers have a positive "Allianz Experience", including timely communications, quality of service, and management of expectations for new development and problem resolution
  • Maintaining working relationships with IT development teams to translate Digital business requirements into best practice digital execution
  • Monitoring and soliciting feedback regarding workbenches and intranet to identify opportunities for optimization

Ideal candidate profile:

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role related to Digital Delivery either as a consulting role, or internally focused delivery role (preferred)
  • Experience with associated technologies – html, css, js
  • Broad understanding of website layout and user experience
  • Knowledge of Photoshop
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Stakeholder management across multiple internal clients
