Our Market Management division acts as the voice of Allianz customers, strengthening our brand management and customer centricity throughout the organisation.

We currently have an attractive opportunity for an experienced culture leader to join our Customer and Insights team. This role will see you lead the customer-centric cultural change program across Allianz Australia, engaging senior leaders and business stakeholders to build and sustain a culture of ‘customer obsession'.

As the Senior Manager, Customer Culture you will work closely with stakeholders from across the business to operationalise a customer-centric culture, develop the culture change strategy, and identify and execute the initiatives and actions designed to inculcate that culture. 

Key responsibilities associated with the role include:

  • Translate Allianz Australia's customer-centric culture aspirations into tangible, observable expectations for our business
  • Develop a culture transformation strategy that identifies the drivers of a customer-centric culture
  • Cultivate a culture of actively partnering with business stakeholders to understand business challenges and opportunities
  • Advise the business and support the ongoing implementation of specific initiatives in the business designed to reinforce a culture of customer-centricity, working with appropriate Group stakeholders as relevant, ensuring Market Management is represented to the highest standard across Allianz Australia
  • Developing the Allianz Australia customer-centric cultural change program of work
  • Developing a culture measurement scorecard mapped to the culture transformation strategy and regularly monitoring and measuring cultural health
  • Engage closely with the business to understand their strengths, risks and opportunities against the customer-centric culture and identify specific change priorities and targets
  • Advise the business and support the ongoing implementation of specific initiatives in the business designed to reinforce a culture of customer-centricity, working with appropriate Group stakeholders as relevant (e.g., HR)
  • Create and deliver a compelling narrative about the connection between brand and customer-centricity, and build strong ongoing working relationships with business stakeholders to build and embed this understanding

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • A demonstrated understanding of organisational culture and behaviour
  • A strong track record of delivering organisational change and transformation programs
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and change management skills, coupled with the ability to work with a diverse range of stakeholders
  • Strong influencing, communication and business partnering skills combined with the confidence engaging with senior leaders
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar or related role
  • Prior experience managing culture change programs or initiatives
  • Managing and leading teams or stakeholders through change
  • Undergraduate degree in HR, psychology or equivalent
