Our Market Management division acts as the voice of Allianz customers, strengthening our brand management and customer centricity throughout the organisation.

We are seeking an experienced customer communications professional to join our Brand & Advertising team. This role will see you manage the creation and delivery of our system generated customer communications across various touchpoints within the customer life cycle. You will work closely with the Senior CRM Manager and IT to ensure our communications are customer friendly, fit within the full customer experience life cycle and compliant with legal and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities associated with the role include:

  • Assist in the development of the customer communication journey across system-generated and marketing led communications.
  • Own and maintain our system generated customer communications in conjunction with business stakeholders.
  • Support IT in the management and system testing of system-generated customer communications
  • Design and authorise customer documents to the agreed standards and deadlines
  • Deliver customer correspondence documents through the ‘Thunderhead' platform
  • Build and maintain a strong working knowledge of Allianz in-house IT applications

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • Demonstrated experience in managing customer communications programs
  • Experience working in an environment with considerable technical and regulatory considerations
  • Experience working across business and IT business units and /or projects
  • Strong stakeholder management, influencing and communication skills
  • Experience with Thunderhead is preferred but not mandatory
