We currently have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced High Risk Case Manager to join our successful team. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring Allianz Workers Compensation internal and external customer expectations are exceeded through accurate and timely processing of claims. You will identify claims with escalating risk; manage liabilities and deliver high quality service levels with a commitment to learning and development. You will be responsible for pro-actively managing a portfolio of claims with the customer at the centre of all you do.

The successful candidate will develop case management strategies tailored to the needs of individual injured workers and their employers that are aimed at facilitating early return to work and/or management of claim entitlements, including medical expenses.  

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:

  • Case Management | Injury Management | Return to Work
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven effective time management
  • Demonstrated customer service and communication skills
  • Advanced PC skills

An Allied Health or Occupational Rehabilitation background would be highly advantageous.
