Inbound Sales & Service Consultants

Our Award-winning Contact Centre has a range of teams working together to provide excellence in service and sales to our Direct Customers and Corporate Partners. Located in Brisbane's CBD our Contact Centre provides excellent training and structured development programs to ensure your success in building a long-term career with us.

As a Sales and Service Specialist at Allianz, you will join an established team and utilise your strong customer service and sales skills when speaking with new and existing customers about our products. You will be the voice of Allianz and will provide information about our products whilst utilising the opportunity to up-sell, cross-sell and provide excellent service when making changes to policies.

  • Ability to work on a rotating roster with shifts falling between 6.30am - 9.30pm
  • Ability to work 1½ weekends out of 8 weeks
  • Must be available to commence 13 November, 2017
  • Must be available to interview  Tuesday 24th and Wednesday 25th of October
