Our Claims divisions are integral to the organisation as they assist our customers in their moment of need. Claims Services delivers a market leading customer experience by providing expert claims service for Direct customers, Brokers and Agents, Financial Institutions, Motor Dealers and other business partners. This involves providing professional and efficient service for claims including motor vehicle, property and commercial insurances.

As a Motor Warranty Claims Consultant you will be responsible for the management of mechanical claims in a timely and cost effective manner through the application of your mechanical background and knowledge. Based right in the heart of the CBD, this is a permanent role with opportunities to grow your career within a business with over 85 million customers across 70 countries worldwide.

Your responsibilities in this role include:

  • Using your Motor Mechanic Qualifications to deliver strong customer service
  • Providing a cost effective solutions to repairs using the tools provided
  • Working in a dynamic team environment for an organisation that is proud of its reputation and its people
  • Demonstrating leadership through technical advice, support and development to the Warranty Unit

To be considered for this role it is essential that you:

  • Possess Qualified Motor Mechanic Certifications (essential)
  • Have a working knowledge of MS Office, Visio, Adobe and Lotus Notes
  • Display extensive technical and mechanical understanding of a motor vehicle
  • Have excellent relationship management skills and negotiating skills
  • Are able to provide technical support to agents and internal employees
