As a Lead Business Analyst, you will be actively leveraging your Business Analyst background to work with the team on an exciting new program within a dynamic and changing global environment.

Your involvement will cover all Business Analysis related aspects of the project lifecycle from the concept stage, focusing on requirements gathering, functional specification, testing and development support, through to project implementation and closure. You will have the opportunity to leverage your experience to effectively elicit, validate and communicate accurate and concise requirements and ensure alignment across the program streams.

Your strong client relationship management skills are critical as you will manage business expectations while acting as the bridge between the business and development teams (internal and external).

Working closely with the business stakeholders, architects, development teams and project managers your strong focus on outcomes will help identify and implement solutions that will meet the businesses needs and demands in a global environment.

The key skills & experience required for this position are as follows:

  • Solid experience in a Lead Business Analyst role, ideally with a Wealth Management background
  • Adaptable to changing program needs
  • Self motivated and outcome driven
  • Ability to work with minimal direction and lead others
  • A customer focused work ethic with experience in managing customer expectations
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written), documentation, and time management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Solid time management skills with the ability to effectively follow up and track information
  • Solid understanding and experience to implement all stages of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • Experience in MS Windows applications, Lotus Notes, Broad PC, Infrastructure and Mainframe Knowledge
