 Allianz is also one of the leading private Workers' Compensation insurers in Australia. We currently have an opportunity for a dynamic Service Review Officer to join our Workers’ Compensation division.

 As the initial point for all customer feedback, the Service Review Officer is responsible for the review, analysis and implementation of customer service delivery solutions to improve business capability.

 You will:

  • Manage the end to end complaints process within specified timelines and quality, ensuring this is in line with internal procedures via reviews, report analysis and coaching
  • Provide call coaching to frontline staff
  • Review and monitor complaints process performance, including identification of trends and implementation of initiatives to drive improvement
  • Maintain and review ongoing compliance and service delivery requirements to our customers
  • Liaise with appropriate Regulatory/Statutory authorities

 To be considered you must have:

 Previous case management experience within the Workers’ Compensation environment

  • Demonstrated experience in a direct customer service role
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proven negotiation skills
  • Experience in a leadership and/or change management role would be highly regarded
