Our Claims divisions are integral to Allianz operations as they assist our customers in their moment of need. Claims Services delivers a market leading customer experience by providing expert consultation to Direct customers, Brokers and Agents, Financial Institutions, Motor Dealers and other business partners.
As a Customer Advocate with Allianz you’ll be joining a fun, collaborative and supportive team with offices in every major Australian capital city, and work across a diverse stream of business lines – including customers, brokers and financial institutions.
Located in the heart of Brisbane's CBD our Queensland Claims Team currently have a full-time contract opportunity for a Customer Advocate to join our Motor Claims team.
You will be making calls to our repairer partners to follow up on the progress of repairs on behalf of our customers. You will use relationship building skills to encourage the repairer to update information at their end which will in turn give our claims consultants a clear line of sight on the progress of repairs.
