Scrum Master - Sydney CBD - Permanent

  • Permanent opportunity to join our Project Management Practice

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join our Project Management Practice based in the Sydney CBD on a Permanent basis. You will help the team and the business to develop their own high-performance, company-specific Scrum approach.

You will be responsible for tasks including:

  • Facilitation and monitoring of communication between the team and Project Manager
  • Coaching the team on the Agile Process
  • Running iteration meetings, kick-offs, reviews and retrospectives
  • Work with the Project Manager to manage scope within iterations

It is expected that you will have experience and skills such as:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a Scrum Master role
  • Knowledge of and experience in application and implementation of SDLC methodologies
  • Concise and comprehensive written and verbal communication and documentation
  • Faciliation of meeting and workshops for requirements gathering and walkthrough
  • Excellent time management skills and coordination of multiple tasks

If you have experience in any of the following areas it would be highly advantageous

  • Insurance or Financial Services domain experience
  • Understanding of J2EE technologies
  • Project Management experience
