Customer Data Analyst – Sydney CBD – Permanent
As the Customer Data Analyst you will play a key part in ensuring Allianz has the data available to effectively and efficiently identify and respond to customer growth opportunities. You will responsible for creating, maintaining and reporting on customer metrics including managing the availability, access to and quality of the data.
You will need to have a natural curiosity and passion for finding answers and solutions that drive business outcomes and enjoy working in a small team on a basis of trust and openness.
You will be part of a team charged with getting at better understanding our customers and translating that knowledge into actionable insight and supporting execution of the resultant sales, service and retention activities. It is a team committed to continually striving towards delivering the best insights and knowledge needed to build a highly satisfied customer base and grow our business.
