As an Account Manager within our Financial Institutions area (Banks, Credit Unions and Affinity Groups), you will report directly to the State Manager and you’ll be responsible for the growth and development of our Partners’ Insurance portfolios through development of Sales & Marketing strategies and facilitation of sales training and coaching programs.

This is a position where you can work based from home in a flexible arrangement. Our client partnerships are approached strategically and we only work with the best on the market. As part of our team – you’ll be able to contribute to those relationships first hand working closely with them in your daily visits.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Developing sales strategy with the State Leadership Team
• End to end account management of your portfolio
• Providing sales coaching to Partner training managers to increase penetration to customer base
• Designing sales programs to maximise sales uplift
• Maintaining the appropriate documentation and using salesforce to manage account activities
• Development of multi-level sales relationships within the Partner’s network
• Identifying new sales opportunities and maximising sales outcomes
• Management of projects in conjunction with key stakeholders such as Marketing, Digital, IT, Sales Operations

Ideally you’ll have:

• Excellent communication skills and resilience
• A passion for building relationships and rapport
• An ability to engage with, coach and develop sales people
• Strong customer service ethic and high energy levels
• Experience in the Insurance industry, preferably in training on GI and CCI products
• Stakeholder management expertise in Account Management or Portfolio Management
• Results-orientation and sales drive
• Self-motivation and the ability to work autonomously
