Our Claims divisions are integral to the organisation as they assist our customers in their moment of need. Claims Services delivers a market leading customer experience by providing expert claims service for Direct customers, Brokers and Agents, Financial Institutions, Motor Dealers and other business partners. This involves providing professional and efficient service for claims including motor vehicle, property and commercial insurances.

Then why not consider a role as a Motor Assessor, where you will apply your technical and trade knowledge to ensure motor vehicle repairs are conducted in an appropriate manner, and repair costs are fair and reasonable. You will also ensure that assessments are conducted in a timely and professional manner with great customer focus.

We seek people with the following qualifications and experience:

  • Qualified tradesperson within the motor vehicle repair industry
  • An understanding of motor vehicle repair techniques
  • Previous experience in Motor Vehicle assessing practices (desirable)
  • Experience quoting damaged vehicles
  • Knowledge of the Insurance Code of Practice
  • Current Drivers License
  • Well-developed computer skills, excellent organisation, time management and customer service skills
